Any item or items purchased from and shipped to a customer by Kasa Trading that is found to be defective may be returned within 14 days of delivery to the customer. Kasa Trading will credit the entire purchase price of the defective item / items to the customer within 14 days of receiving the defective item / items. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the defective item is received by Kasa Trading within 14 days of delivery of the item to the customer.
Returned items must be delivered back to Kasa Trading in their original boxes / packages. All returned packages must display the following:
“RETURN – DEFECTIVE ITEM”
